Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the maln achlevoments of the charlty durln9 the year We began rehearsals for our summer shthv Murder Will Out in February 2024 This was performed on Friday June 7th & Saturday June 8th as we were guardnteed this last Friday.whiGh is no longer available for Panto. We reduced our hall rehearsal tiTrtres by 3 weeks as Jean allowed us to use her house, however despite gcrf)d audience numbers and great feedback wr profit was Iow8r than last year Two quttes this year in Aprll and September proved popular and made good profits each time, prizes were donated. Having fyers and posters ready to promote the next show was s(Kcessful and we seem to have developed a good lollowing. The Panto this year was Aaddln and audience numbers vrnre high both weekends.for mats'nee and evening performances, despite the ticket pnce bw'ng increased to £12. Our profit was higher than last year. Our thanks ty)ce again to Lesley arKI Sally for refreshments, wilh athjilional Pimms in the summer 8ThJ mulled win8 In the winter both proving a great success, to Charlotte for securing a bigger Selection of more generous raffle prizes. to Karen and Nick for G￿leCtIng gift ald,lo Jean for lighbng, to Ben for sound,to Bemie for props and to Geoff our newest member for making the Cave of Wonders. We were also pleased to welcome back to the Panto HaNey, who worked realty hard back stsge. and Ellie and Jessle. Our charity remained as EnharKable for another year. We pres8nted the charity with a donation of £4,000 in January 2025. TAR March 2012
