**with the community, celebrating the diversity**

**SWP successfully organised our main Pride**
**event. This year’s event was once again held**
**in GWR Park.We had over 1000 people in our**
**pride march and 15,000 people in the park**
**across the day. This year at Pride, we had**
**food stalls, the family circus zone, quiet zone,**
**live entertainment, an LGBTQIA+ info stall**
**and our merch stall to raise much needed**
**funds for our charity. 8 hrs of Entertainment.**
**Inclusion: RevoLOOtion toilet, sign language**
**interpreters, accessible viewing ramp for the**
**main stage and quiet zone**

**To celebrate our 17th anniversary, we**
**once again organised a week of**
**activity on the week of Pride. We**
**organised Pride pottery, Quiz night,**
**film night, pride bowling and a LGBT**
**social night. The focus was to provide**
**extra activity to bring the community**
**together and where possible raise**
**funds for pride.**

**Attended local events: Swindon**
**Wildcats, PGL Liddington, Swindon**
**Armed Forces Day, Old Town Festival**
**plus a number of school visits. We**
**brought along our support leaflets,**
**pride merch to sell and raise funds for**
**pride as well as offering advice or**|
|||**signposting to support groups.**

**Attended local Prides: Gloucester,**
**Cheltenham, Witney and Oxford**

**We continued to operate our Pride**
**hub: A place to pick up FREE**
**LGBTQIA+ info, we also have a**
**seating area that provides a safe**
**place to come and chat and hang out.**
**We also sell items to help raise money**
**for our charity. Providing free period**
**products, condoms, along with sexual**
**health information and other leaflets,**
**promoting increased awareness of**
**issues and access to support. In July**
**2025 our hub moved into a more**
**spacious and secure location, which**
**has proved popular with members of**
**our community.**

**We use our social media and our**
**website to signpost to local and**
**national support groups. We post**
**materials such as awareness days,**
**information on pronouns and support**
**groups.**

**new support links added of local and**
**national services, groups and**

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **30/ 09 / 2025,**
- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
