This year’s event was held in the new**<br>**location of GWR Park. After we outgrew the**<br>**previous location. We had over 1000 people**<br>**in our pride march and 10,000 people in the**<br>**park across the day. This year at Pride, we**<br>**had food stalls, the family circus zone, quiet**<br>**zone, live entertainment, an LGBTQIA+ info**<br>**stall  and  our  merch  stall  to  raise  much**<br>**needed  funds  for  our  charity. 8  hrs  of**<br>**Entertainment. Inclusion: RevoLOOtion toilet,**<br>**sign  language  interpreters,  accessible**<br>**viewing ramp for the main stage and quiet**<br>**zone**<br>**●**<br>**To celebrate our 16th anniversary, we**<br>**organised a week of activity on the**<br>**week of Pride. We organised Pride**<br>**pottery, Quiz night, film night, rock**<br>**climbing and a LGBT social night. The**<br>**focus was to provide extra activity to**<br>**bring the community together and**<br>**where possible raise funds for pride.**<br>**●**<br>**Attended local events: Rainbow fest,**<br>**Wildcats, PGL Liddington,**<br>**Lainesmead Primary School, Old**<br>**Town Festival. We brought along our**<br>**support leaflets, pride merch to sell**<br>**and raise funds for pride as well as**|

## **Financial Review**

We also received a**<br>**National Lottery grant.**|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **30/ 09 / 2024,** 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out  under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
