We don't talk to each other**<br>**enough, so let's make time to stop**<br>**and say hello, have a chat and make a**<br>**new friend**<br>●<br>**Throughout 2021 SWP has been**<br>**contacted by people suffering from**<br>**Isolation, or seeking support and**<br>**information**<br>●<br>**Educational posts continued on**<br>**Social Media**<br>●<br>**LGBTQ+ Support Guide produced for**<br>**the 1st time, cover LGBTQ+ services**<br>**in Wiltshire and some key national**<br>**organisations, 2000 separate copies**<br>**were printed.**<br>●<br>**E-Newsletter distributed via email**<br>**(reaching 600 recipients)**<br>●<br>**Thank you party held on 11th**<br>**September 2021 for Volunteers**<br>●<br>**Continued to be supported by**<br>**Sponsors that believe in the impact**<br>**that SWP has (and have built up even**<br>**more in 2021)**|





- **Worked with the Swindon South Parish Council, and developed new relationship (confirmed that SWP can be held in the Town Gardens 2022)** 

- ● **Merchandise has been impactful (encourage people to seek advice, given young people the opportunity to have a visual impact, pronoun badges avoids people asking the question)** 

- **SWP led the Pride 365 Campaign, over 30 other Pride Organisations joined us, in turning their logo Black and white)** 

- **SWP helped other organisations: Swindon Food Collective and Prospect during our Online shows** 

- ● **Amazing support from Local Artists and Bands during Lockdown** 

● **Wellbeing monitored up to and during the event SWP successful organised the annual Pride Event, held in the Town Gardens on 7th August 2021, with over 10,000 people attending:** 

- **15 Committee Members and 3 Trustees committed to the event across the year** 

- ● **37 Community Stalls attended to help raise awareness of their Charity or Not for Profit Organisation** 

- **70 Volunteers across the weekend (over 350 volunteer hours recorded across the weekend)** 

- **10,000 Pride Guides printed (64pages) with 20-pages allocated for LGBTQ+ Support Organisations (for free publicity)** 

- ● **Pride Guides & Support Guide distributed across Swindon & Wiltshire.** 

- ● **Mobiloo attended the Pride Event** ● **BSL Interpreters covered 10 hrs on the Nationwide Main Stage at Pride Event** 

- ● **At the Pride Event the Wellbeing Zone was managed by The Samaritans trained in Mental Health First Aid** 

- ● **At the Pride Event the Youth Safe Space was managed by Out of the Can LGBTQ+ Youth Group a local notfor-profit organisation that runs a weekly youth group for 13-19 year olds.** 

- ● **At the Pride Event the Family Zone was expanded even further in 2021, with Fandangos running a Circus Area** 

- ● **At the Pride Event the Arts Zone supported by No Added Sugar, this area provides an opportunity for people to engage and have informal conversations in a safe space** 

- ● **15 hrs of Entertainment on Nationwide Main Stage and Stephen G Sloan Stage.** 



- **Public Sector Zone promoting services within the local Council. Along with Dorset & Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service and Wiltshire Police.**
