## **Annual Report to Charity Commission – Year to 31 March 2024** 

No work was carried out by the charity in the period in question.    All trustees remained in post throughout the year. 

Trustees voted in November 2024 to close the charity.  This took a period of time into the following financial year in order to fully implement but notification has now been given to the Charity Commission.

Income for the year totalled £0 Expenditure was £18.00 in Bank charges Opening balance as at 1 April 2024 was £421.67 Closing balance as at 31 March 2025 was £403.67 I certify that this is a correct statement of the financial affairs of the charity as at 31 March 2025 _Susan M.
