## **Annual Report to Charity Commission – Year to 31 March 2022** 

It did not prove possible to commence active delivery of services during the year in question, but trustees continued to discuss options around funding and the practicalities around remodelling the premises which had been offered by Allexton nursery from where they could be delivered. 

Trustee meetings took place on 22 April, 4 June, 24 June, 23 September 2021 and 11 January 2022.

The charity’s bank account is held with **Unity Trust Bank,** PO Box 7193, Planetary Road, Willenhall WV1 9DG. 

Income for the year totalled £675, made up of four separate donations. Expenditure was £181, made up as follows 

Bank charges - £72 Sundry expenses - £109 Opening balance as at 1 April 2020 was £98.01 Closing balance as at 31 March 2021 was £592.07
