Bag8 for School-Angie kindty airanged a bags for school collection. she
even had people dropping cknlhes off al hei house as they couldn't get lo the
school.
Pre Lovod sal8 - Various held in 2025. We have had numerous helpers for Ihe
p￿-loVed sales. These a￿ always very popular. we will look lo hold another one
soon.
Bingo- January 2025- Our second adutt only event. Hugely successful a
W8s a lol of fun. Great feedback from all who attended. A bwj thank you lo Angle
for arranging along with a support team on Ihe night
Wonka 5al¢- A big thank you to K8 Yan who arranged this event forthe
¢hildren. It wes a fantsstr event and the k￿$ love¢ It. A big thank you to
Hannah for being our very own Wendy Wonka.
Mothers Day Sale- Mard) 2025- Teresa arranged the Mothers Day sale. 11
was very well received as the chIld￿n enjoyed pithin9 their gifts. However.
there was a lol of work involved in purd)asing the grfts and runniry the event
on the day. We will need to re-think this for 2026 rflhere is a lack of
volunteers.

Smarti•$ Chall8ngo- April 2025- a last minute fun idea. Every child took home
8 lube of smarhe$ and they needed lo fill them with 20ps by completing chores.
The kids loved doiro this. If we do this again we just need to be mindftjl that you
can only drop off $0 many bags of money lo Ihe metro bank In a d8y.
Father$ Day Sale- June 2025- Vicki arranged a Doughnut for Dads sale f
Fathers Day. il was a simple idea and was quick and easy to arrange.
Summer Fayr•- June 2025. A huge success with really positive feedback from
those that attended. This yearwe had WieslleFor¢e. The chIld￿n We￿ extremely
excited and enjoyed the show. Thank you to Allisw and 10 Paul for all their hard
work In arranging and getting everything in order on the day. However. this takes
6 m¢N)Ihs lo org8nise and again with lack of volunteers we need lo consider what
we Can do in 2026.
Ice Cream Treat- July 2025- In July we arranged for an Ice Cream van to go
into the school and dislnbute ice Cream lo all children an¢ members of stsff This
was happily received by all and was a great way lo thank all $ludenl$ for worknrvj
so hard.
Class Fundral$lng-We always receiveg￿al feedbackfrom pa￿nIS for
athork that the kids produce for Class fundraising. as Y)is ￿11 be Angle's last
year. Vicki has agreed lo take this over next year.
Silent Disco- This event took place in December and was open lo all children al
the school. il was a fantastic succe8sl A huge Ihank you to everyone who helped
make it happen. To en8ure we can run it again this year, we'll need voluntee￿, as
minimum number of helpers is required for events like this lo go ahe&l.

We purchased a b1(￿ ￿0kIng ofJack and the Beanstalk Pantornime tickets for
the Queens Theatre in December. We purchased 160. any unsold tickets had to
be relumed wrthin fourweeks.

It was reported al the last AGM that our account held £19,766.92 in total. We
have Su￿SsfUllY iaised a totsl profit of £22.084.63 during 202412025.
As you see from the excel $pread$heel. we have donated t20.533.58 In
lotsl towards a nijmber of projeds such 8$ Maths Workshop. Dance
Workshop, 90th Birthday Bears, Panlo and Sumrner Show.
We have also Pa￿ £7.659.00 for the History Timeline Borders auoss every
c18ssroom and £1500 ￿1¢h Is Split across every ￿h0o1 subject In
September
Total money in oura¢¢ount as of Sunday 28th September is £20.938.06. We
a￿ pending £1.000 from 2 match funds promised forthe Summer Fayre that
is yel to be received.
We have saved a great de81 in view to the ￿Nding refurbishment and
equipment for Ihe playground along with other ￿SOUrCeS along the way. This
includes the upcoming purchase of Chrishras ¢ra¢kets. Easter eggs and
prizes lo support the schwl throughout the academic year.
The Playground project is undemay with quotes submitted to the school.
This will cover refurbishing and new apparatus across Nursery. Reception.

via PTA Events. 50% of tickets have been sold already in 1 week. DJ is
booked. Light Up acce5501Rs have been bought and delivered. FoL¥J 5ts11s
an¢ fairgfoufKY rides have been confirmed. Refreshment ar￿ bar to be
arranged.
Panto- an extemal Theatre company is coming into the school In November..
Silent Disco- The company we used last year is available". further details to follow but
this 15 subject to parents volunteering.
Christmas P&rsonali8ed Gift$- this is something we off&revery year. Our

Pre loved sale- the last Sale was extremely popular. The lost property bins are

Summer- Allison to decide about the summerf8yre, an Klea has been
SU9gested to hold a Glastonbury at Sutton5. howeverthis wwld involve a lot of
organisaliw.
Steel from the Gladiators will be visiting the ￿h￿l in June 2026, he will visit
every class and discuss building confiden￿. fitness. and healthy lrfestyles.

A question was asked if the schwl arrange a Santas Grotto in December. Mlison
mentioned that in 2023 a Santas Grotto was included as part ofthe Christmas
Fay￿. However, there a￿ no plans for it lo be done this year. Tre school do
arrange for Father Christmas lo attend in De￿fflber. He meets the Children in
every classroom and takes a das$rtyTh gift ofwhich the PTA pays for..
