Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
The advancement of education for the public benefit in the United Kingdom and South Africa, in particular, but not exclusively, by: providing supplies, equipment and infrastructure to schools in the UK and South Africa; facilitating reading clubs; providing educational talks and workshops in schools and nursery settings and encouraging school attendance in disadvantaged areas in South Africa by advocating the benefits of formal education and facilitating attendance through the provision of equipment (such as school uniforms) to children who might otherwise struggle to participate through lack of means.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, the charity has struggled to enact its purpose or secure funds to fulfil its charitable objectives. It is the continued decision of the Trustees to close the charity.
