This charity was set up in readiness for the conversion of Potterspury Pre-school, Unincorporated charity number 287096, to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. 

This process has not been progressed, and so this charity has not been operational during the financial year 1[st] August 2021 to 31[st] July 2022, and no financial transactions have occurred. There is therefore a nil return being made for the Annual Report for this year.
