## Annual Report 2020 to 2021 

## Summary 

During the year 2020 to 2021, all fundraising activities were curtailed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and any funds received by the Coombe Wood School Association were limited to amounts from prearranged, online fundraising such as Amazon Smile, Easy Fundraising and The Giving Lottery. Expenses were limited to administrative costs such as the annual subscription to Parentkind and website maintenance, as well as costs for fundraising events in the previous financial year,. In addition, there was a donation of £500 to Coombe Wood School, the purchase of face masks for pupils and £535 for the pyjama fundraising appeal.

At the end of financial year 2020 to 2021 there was £8,559.12 in the Coombe Wood School Association’s bank account. 

## Plans for Financial Year 2021 to 2022 

The Trustees made plans to distribute the majority of CWSA’s funds raised to date including: 

- £2,655.26 for the installation of apiaries and beekeeping equipment 

- £2,000 for the installation of chicken coops and equipment 

- £200 to run the school musical 

- £250 on books for the school 

- £1,000 to the Department for Education 

- £2,700 towards the purchase of MyZone belts.
