OBJEcfivES AND AcnviTIES The objectives of the charity are to advance education In Pakistan by the establishment, support and maintenance of a school and accommodatlon for the orphan and turned away children. We are committed to offering education to the turned away children INing in Pakistan almost every corner of the country. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Teach Me Please's principal activity during the reporting period was the provision of access to education for orphaned, poor, and socially excluded children in Pakistan. The charity seeks to advance education by establishing, SUPPOrtin& and maintaining schools that provide both educational instruction and safe accommodation where required. During the year. Teach Me Please extended structured financial and strategic sUPPQrt to Grounds Level School IGLSI, a charitable institution delivering inclusive education without discrimination on the basls of gender or ability. Financial assistance provlded by Teach Me Please contributed towards tuition fees, school uniforms. and essential learning materials. ensuring continuity of education for children from marginalised backgrounds. In addition to financial support, the charity contributed to improvin8 educational quality by facilitating curriculum development and teacher training. This included engagement with qualified education specialists, including two Ph.D. holder5 based in the United Kingdom with expertise in Information Technology, Mathematics. and Robotic Science. Their input supported the introduction of modern, skills-based learning aligned with contemporary educational standards. GLS has Steadity improved the quality of education year by year, reflecting enhanced teaching standards and academic excellence. In light of this progress, GLS is assessing the feasibility of openin8 an additional branch in the District of Chakwal. where there 15 a demonstrable need for quality education. Teach Me Please is reviewing this proposal to ensure alignment wlth Its charitable objectives and flnancial sustainability before making any tommitment. The Trustees continue to review the impact of technological change on education and are adapting the charlS support to ensure beneficiaries gain relevant skills that enhance long-temi employability and self-sufficienry. PUBLIC BENEF In setting objettives and planning activities, the Trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit, including guidance relating to fee charging. The charlty's activities directly benefit orphaned and disadvantaged children by improvin8 access to education and reducing exposure to child labour, which remains prevalent in the ¢ommunities served. By providing education and essential resources, the charity supports beneficiaries in developing the skills and knowledge necessary to manage their own lives and improve future prospects. The charity 15 funded entirely through voluntary donations. There were no operatlng or admlnistrative costs incurred during the year, and oll fund5 received were applied direct to charitable artNities.

SLitement of tru5tees' responsibilities in respect of the Tru5tee5' Annual Report and the Financial Statements The charity trustees are responsible for preparin8 an annual report and financlal statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practi. The law applicable to charities in Englalld and Wales requires the charity trustees to prepare financial statements for each year which give a true and fair vlew of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resource5 and application of resources of the charity for that period. For preparing the financial statements. the trustees are required to: Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently: Observe the method and principles in the Charities SORP; Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent; State whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subject to any material departures disc105ed and explained in the financial 5tatements- Prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inapproprlate to presume that the charity will continue in business. The trustee are responsible for keepin8 proper accounting record5 that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any tirne the financial posrtion of the charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial 5tstements comply with the Charity Act, the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations and the provisions of the trust deed. Incoming resource5 All incoming resources are included on the Statement of Financial Activitie5 when the charilv is legally entitled to the income and the amount can be quantified with reasonable atcuracv. Resources expended Expenditure is accounted for on an atcruals basis and has been classified under headings that aggregate all cost related to the category. Where costs cannot be directly attributed to particular headings they have been allocated to activities on a basis consistent with the use of resources. Taxation The charity is exempt from income taxes on its charitable activities. Fund accountlng Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretio of the trustees. Restricted funds can only be used for particular restritted purposes within the objerts of the harity- Restrirtions arise when speclfied bythe donoror when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.
