Funpact focuses on 3<br>important aspects of education – the<br>transition to secondary school, the safe<br>transition between reliance on<br>parents/carers in their every day life to<br>growing in independence and also<br>supporting children who struggle to make<br>the most of school.<br>These courses are run in fun,<br>informative and interactive sessions led<br>by qualified or in-training MSc graduate<br>in child and adolescent mental health<br>and other professionals where<br>appropriate.<br>By bringing together both the pupil and<br>parent/carer together Funpact ensures<br>that families have the opportunity to<br>learn and explore together and build a<br>firm foundation of knowledge which can<br>be built on further at home.|

We achieved this by<br>holding Funpact Unpacked meetings with<br>the team – looking at our strategy and<br>moving forward, advertising for more<br>backroom staff, recruiting new facilitators<br>and enrolling a new trustee.<br>Delivery-wise we developed and ran a new<br>1 day Ambition 2 Success day working with<br>pupils who were struggling to make the<br>most of their time at secondary school<br>(through absenteeism, behaviour etc.) this<br>went very well and will be further<br>developed in the next academic year.  We<br>continued to run transition to secondary<br>sessions in primary schools in<br>Hammersmith and Fulham and made new<br>connections in Hammersmith and Fulham<br>building partnerships to develop and grow<br>in the new academic year.<br>in the amount of homework issued at<br>secondary school, as well as the|





opportunities to make friends with the new cohort before September.
