||Summary of the main<br>achievements of the<br>charity, identifying the<br>diference the charity’s<br>work has made to the<br>circumstances of its<br>benefciaries and any<br>wider benefts to society<br>as a whole.|Para 1.20|**YEAR 6th April 2021 – 5th April**<br>**2022**<br>The main activity of this year was<br>working with primary school<br>delivering the transition to secondary<br>sessions.  We ran sessions in 20<br>primary schools and with 2 cohorts in<br>a secondary school.  This work meant<br>that over 700 primary school pupils<br>and 20 families have been prepared<br>for the move between primary school<br>and secondary school understanding<br>topics such as the diference between<br>primary and secondary schools<br>through discussion, equipped to make<br>new friends, learning how to read a<br>school timetable, learnt about<br>keeping safe whilst travelling<br>independently, how to manage<br>owning a mobile phone and how to<br>handle diference in the amount of<br>homework issued at secondary<br>school, as well as the opportunities to<br>make friends with the new cohort<br>before September.||
