Northampton in May 2023.
MMVS organized a foLNJ feslNal event in January 2024, which not only fostered
felknw8hip among parish members but also 8eryed as an opportunfty to raise funds for
the church.
d. Youth Movement..
Youth League conducted regular gatherings after Hoty Qurbana on the second Saturday of
each month, prowding a platform forspiritual discuSs￿n$, fellow8hip, and outreach activrties.
e. Prayer Meetings..
Prayer meetings were held on th8fourth Saturday of8vthy month from 3,,00 PM to 5..00 PM.
These meelings offered an intimate setting forfamili88 to cLYne together In prayer, refiect on
scripture, 8nd support one another in faith.
3. Other Events
Family Tour.
ConduGlgd In Juty 2023. a onfrday family lour was orggnizod lo the sGenic ClactOn￿n.S@a,
a beautiful Seaside town known for its 8andy beaches and Irv8ly pier. The trip provided gn
excellent opportunity for families lo unwind and spend qualily time tcgelher while 8njoying
tha frèsh sea breez¢ and coaslal activrts'e$. Porticipants engaged in fvn gam8$, anjoyod
deli¢kws paGked lunches, and explored the vibrant local attractions, fostgring fg11¢)w5hip 8nd
creth'ng unforgetsble memories among the attendees.
b. Sports Day.
A Swts Day was conducted at Ferry MeadThvs in Petwborwgh in Septembor 2023,
bringing Icoether member8 of the Congregatic￿ for a day of healthy Gompelitv)n and
amaraderie, The event featured a variety of actNities, including running races for children
and adults, team gam88 such as lug-of+iar, 8nd other engaging ouldcyJr activities. Prr£es
were awarded to tha winners. and the day was filltry wlh joy and laughtèr, promtsting
physiGal fitnes3 and a 5gnse of Icgetheme5s. Additionally, we Gamg 109gther lo G¢)d( and
enjoy g meal, further 81rengthening the bond within aur communty
Onam Celebrntlon:
The The Iradltlonal South Indlan feslNal. Onam. wa8 Ca￿rated ￿th graat enthusiasm In
September 2023. After the Holy Qurbana seryKe, ￿te￿Ie8$ were treated lo a grand Onam
Sadhya, a traditional vegetaiian feast served on banana leaves, featuring a variety of
authentic dishes. The o)lorful and joyful celebration highlighted the cultural herilagg of
Kerala, fostering a deep senge of unity and logethem88s amng the pa￿.¢1panI$. The avenl
was marked by vibrant decorations artd cultural programs, reflecting the spirit of gratitude

d. Feast ol St. Gr6gorios:
The F8ast of Sl. Gregorios. a siqnificant spiritual trcawn. was Celebrat￿ on thè s¢¢ond
Friday and sa￿rdaY of November 2023. Th8 c8Sebrations included special liturgical
services, hymns, and prayers lo I￿lOr the saint. Devotees participat&J with deep faith and
reverence, seeking the intercession of St Gregori05 for blessing8 and guidan￿. The event
also provided an OPP¢)rtunty for spintual renewal and a strengthened sèn$e of communty
among the parishioners. A special Qutbana was conducieLI on Saturday lo mark the
occasion.

In December 2023, the church's carc4 group spent three doys Msiting the home8 of church
members to spread Ihe joy and message of Christmas. With festive songs, prayer5, and
warni greetings, the Carole￿ brought the spiril of Christmas to 8aeh rèsidencé. These w8ils
were cherished mcments of fellowship, albwing members lo connect, celebrate, and
experien￿ the true e$senGe of the holiday season. Many families wekomed the carolers
th refreshments, creating a joylul and h8athanning atmosphere.

The Christrnas service was held on the 24th of Decèmber 2023, followed by a grand
Chrlstmas fea81. Th8 seNce included meaningful liturgical prayers. hymns, and a sernon
fo¢u5ing on th6 birth of Chrtsl and its significance. Thg congregation came together lo
celebrate thls jOyOU5 occasKJn wth a beautilulty prepared feast. featuring traditional dishes
and desserts, signfying the spirit of love. Sharing. and logethemeg8 that Chri81m88
