**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITY AND FACILITIES FOR PLAYING ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.

**Activities:** The purpose of the CIO is the advancement of amateur sport in Frodsham and surrounding areas.  Its specific objects are to advance the education of children and young people in particular by providing the opportunity and facilities for playing association football so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities.
