Review of Activities
The charity has rented the properties out, and donated monies lo other charities.

The trustees have decided that the unrestricted fvnds not committed or representing tsngible fixed assets
lfree reserves) held by the charity should be not less than 6 months of expenditure. 11 is considered
necBssary to have these reserves to keep the charity running in the event of a future reduction in resources.
Risk Rev
The trustees have reviewed the Tisks facing the charity. They will continue to monitor resources lo
guard against a significant reduction in funding in the future. The trustees of the charity, a￿ involved in,
and monitor the activities lo avoid a fall in qualty. When planning the various aclivilies, the trustees have
had regard lo the Charity Commission's general guidance on public benefft.

AL-TOUFEEQ CHARITABLE FOUNDATION
FOR THE YEAR TO 5TH APRIL 2025
I report lo the trustees on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 5th April 2025. which are
sel out on pages 4 to 8.

The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The trustees eonsTder that an audit
is not required for this period under section 144{21 of the Charities Ad 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that
an independent examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the charty is not subj'ect to audit and is eligiblo for independent
examination, il is my responsibilty lo examine the ae¢ounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act; lo
follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission under
sedion 1451511bl of the 2011 Act.. and to slate whelhef particular matters have come lo my attention.
Basls of independent examlnerfs report
My examination was Carried out in accordance wrth the general directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented wlh those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
conceming any such matters. The prtxedures undertaken do not prowde all the evidence that would
be required in an audit and consequendy no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a
'true and fair and the report is limited to those matters set out in the stalernenl below.

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost conventK)n and in accofdance with

The value of services provided by volunteers has not been induded. Donations are recognised
in fijll in the Statement of Financial Activities in the pertod in wlNch they 8Ae receivable.

expended include attn"bulable VAT which cannot be recovered. Resources expended are
allocated to the fund to thich they relate.
