The charitys objects are to assist underprivileged individuals with bas￿ needs. and to empower them to
become self sufficient.. to support other charikn'es with compatible objects, and medical related charities.
Review of Activities
The ¢h8rity has rented the properties out, and donated monies lo other charities.
Reserves Poli
The trustees have decided that the unreslricled funds Th)t cc¥nmitted or representing tsngible fixed assets
{free reserves) held by the charity should be not less than 6 months of expendiluie. 11 is considered
necessary lo have these reserves to keep the charity running in the event of a future reduction in resources.
Risk Review
The trustees have reviewed the risks facing the charity. They will continue lo monitor resources to
guard against a significant reduction in funding in the future. The trustees of the charity, are involved in.
and monitor the activities to avc4d a fall in quality. When planning the various activities, the Iiuslees have
had regard to the Charity Commission's geneTal guidance on public benefrt.

AL-TOUFEEQ CHARITABLE FOUNDATION
FOR THE YEAR TO 5TH APRIL 2024
I report to the trustees on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 5th April 2024. bvhich are
set out on pages 4 10 8.
Respectlve responsibilitiès of trustees and examiner
The trustees are responsible for the PTeparati)n of the account8. The Iruslees consider that an audr(
is not required for this period under section 144{2) of the Chariti'es Act 2011 Ithe 2011 Act) and that
an independent examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subject lo audit and is eligible for independent
examination, il is my responsibility lo examine the aecounls under section 145 of the 2011 Act., to
follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 145{51{b) of the 2011 Act., and lo stale whether particular mallers have come lo my attention.
Basls of Independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordance wbth thè general directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts p￿sented with those records. 11 also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the a¢¢ounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undert8ken do not prowde all the evidence that would
be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is grven as lo whether the accounts present a
'Irue and fair view and the report is limi(ed lo those matters set out in the slalement bdow.

located to the fund to which they relate.

The Unrestricted fund is incoming resources which are used for the objects of the charity,
wilhoul any specified purpose or further restriction. Restricted funds can only be used for the
specific purposes as decided by the donor, within the objects of the charity.
