The charlty was reglstered followlng a bequest from the ostate of the late Sylvla
Dawn Prlor. Thls provkled the bulk of the charlty'8 Income. with additional Income
from fund-rnising undertaken by the Walllngford & Didcot Distrlct Rotary Club.

Grant crlteria for monies from the boquest has been agreed by the trustee8, wlth
sums belng available for.

(li) Internatlonal Projects - includlng Rotary Foundation & Polio Plus;
(111) Youth Projects Including IntsracL Rotskkls. Rotary youth compebtions &
RYLA:
(Iv) the Walllngfoffl & Dldcot Dlstrlct Rotsry Club. to support them in their fund-
ralsing a¢tivities;
{v} other charities or communlty groups, wlth preference always for our local
community, rather than for natlonal charities which have no obvious diroct
benefft to th8 local community.
