The<br>organisation relies on its large team of<br>volunteers with the Coordinator and cook<br>being the only personnel remunerated for<br>their services. A two-course meal is<br>provided each day.|

We have<br>improved our membership and appointed a<br>new Co-ordinator who has injected stability<br>and a range of new ideas and initiatives.<br>We have enrolled new members who have<br>all benefitted from the wide range of<br>activities on offer. Our elderly members<br>have seen improvements in their mental<br>and physical health whilst enjoying their<br>weekly contact with others in similar<br>circumstances as themselves. Our service<br>helps mitigate serious issues facing the<br>elderly thus relieving local services and<br>giving some respite to families and carers.<br>Our Monday Club has been an integral part<br>of our community for over fifty years now<br>and we are proud of the service we provide<br>thanks to the hard work of a very loyal<br>group of volunteers.|
