**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE IN LIFE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED, WHETHER BY REASON OF ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, BY ASSISTING IN THEIR PARTICIPATION IN SPORT AND OTHER RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.

**Activities:** The Geoff Capes Foundation awards small grants of up to £250 and also larger grants of up to £3000 through our awards scheme to young people in the local areas that we work, who are disadvantaged due to personal circumstances, including a disability from accessing sports and developing their skills in a team environment where the opportunity arises.
