## **2. Structure, Governance and Management** 

Ramoole Development Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees in line with its governing document and Charity Commission guidance. The trustees oversee strategy, compliance, safeguarding of assets, and delivery of charitable activities. 

## **3. Objectives and Public Benefit** 

The charity supports vulnerable and disadvantaged communities through humanitarian assistance, community development, poverty alleviation, and educational support. Trustees have had due regard to public benefit in planning and delivery. 

## **4. Activities and Achievements 2024–2025** 

During the year, the charity supported communities in London and Leicester and delivered projects in Somalia. Key activities included community outreach, basic needs support, and educational assistance to Somali students. Educational support included provision of stationery, books, pens and pencils to students in need. 

## **5. Financial Review** 

Total Donations: £3,000 Total Expenses: £2,900 Expenditure Breakdown: Somalia £2,000; United Kingdom £900 Surplus: £100 

The surplus will be carried forward to support future charitable activities. 

## **6. Reserves Policy** 

The charity aims to hold modest reserves to ensure continuity of services and cover essential operating costs. 

## **7. Plans for Future Periods (2025–2026)** 



Plans include expanding community and educational support in the UK and Somalia, strengthening partnerships, increasing fundraising, and improving governance and reporting systems.
