**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF AND RELIEVE PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AMONGST PARENTS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY THE DEATH OF A BABY, THROUGH PREGNANCY LOSS, STILLBIRTH, NEONATAL DEATH OR AS AN INFANT BY OFFERING CARE AND SUPPORT THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GRIEVING IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES TO SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** The purpose of the charity is to provide support & guidance to families who have experienced the loss of a baby at any stage of pregnancy, around the time of birth or shortly after.We offer peer support groups, one to one support, non talking therapies & provide memory boxes to hospitals so that parents can make memories with their baby before saying goodbye.
