Objects: The Charity’s Objects (‘The Objects’) Are: To Relieve Needs Of Families That Have Experienced Still Births Or The Death Of Young Babies By:-A)providing Support, Advice And Resources To Families That Have Experienced Still-Births Or The Death Of Young Babies;b)providing Specially Made Burial Gowns And Other Clothing For Babies That Are Smaller Than Conventional Clothing Due To Not Having Gone Full-Term;c)fundraising To Develop Improved Facilities For Bereaved Parents And For The Breaking Of This Sad News At Our Local Hospital; D)awareness Raising And Education Through The Purchase And Distribution Of Books And Videos On The Topic Of Early Death Or Still-Birth; E)providing Funding And Equipment To The Local Hospital Relating To The Emergency Care Of Early And Premature Births. [Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.].
