## **Reserves Policy** 

Ma-Nyango Association aims to maintain a level of reserves equivalent to **3–6 months of operational costs** to ensure continuity of services. Funds at year-end remained within an acceptable range.

The trustees are responsible for: 

- Maintaining proper accounting records.
