**Objects:** TO APPLY ITS FUNDS AS IT MAY HOLD FROM TIME TO TIME FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS ARE LAWFUL ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO LOCAL CHARITIES AND GOOD CAUSES IN ARFON (GWYNEDD), AND SOME WORLDWIDE CHARITIES SUCH AS WATER AID.

**Activities:** Set up in memory of Iwan Huws, a member of our community. We organise sponsored fundraising events - mainly sporting challenges e.g. bike rides, marathons. We pass the raised funds to good causes - local and further afield - that were close to Iwan's heart, in the form of grants. Administration of the charity is entirely voluntary, without financial compensation.
