Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	The objectives of Christ Forgiveness Ministries is to ‘‘Advancement of Religion for Public benefitsby sharing information and promoting Christian faith through Evangelical ministry and Outreach activities within the UK and Worldwide’’. As charity we also exist to for the purpose of the ‘‘prevention or relief of poverty for the public benefit by carry out outreach work, providing food, shelter, social care, rehabilitation and counselling for homeless, a person facinghardshipand those in need in the UK’’.
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	As a charity we provide the following services to the public. 		• By carrying out outreach work for public benefits to relieve poverty, addiction, anxiety, physical and Spiritual illness and emotional challenges through Biblical teaching, Spiritual and emotional support including Prayer, Food/Shelter service and social care and counselling.
Statement confirming whether the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit	Para 1.18	Donation and contributions are received in accordance with charity law, our constitution and the wishes of members and directions of trustee as a form of transparency. During the year 2020/21, an internal donation, savings, and contribution of totalling£12,345 were made. Where majority of our funding goes into renting of halls for meetings, purchase of equipment, refreshments and media and information materials. When considering where to focus our attention our corporate trustee’s board and, particularly, the members of the charitable funds committee have regard to the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit and what this means for CFM

Policy on grant making	Para 1.38	CFM as a charity currently do not have any policy in grant making and do not provide grants.

Contribution made by volunteers	Para 1.38	The Volunteers of CFM are basically members of the organisation or church members who are part of the charity and support the operation of its services free of any payment. They support the maintenance of facilities, street and homeless outreach and provide other public services as stated by the charity in paragraph Para 1.17 and Para 1.19.

Achievements and Performance

Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.	Para 1.20	CFM have been able to consistently provide a place of worship for the members of the public despite the current lockdown and the limited contacted and restricted activities. We have also able to carry out consistent street evangelism and outreach to the homeless from once every quarterly to now on a monthly basis. We have been able to regularly provide a helping hand to those in need by proving information on where to get help, information on food banks and homeless camps. From previous years, we continue to see an increase number of people who either has no place of worship or seeking a place of comfort and sense of belonging join our meeting, and services especially over the period of covid 19 lockdown. We have been able to support families facing challenges, health concerns and support young people who are suffering from mental health, addiction and isolation though prayer, counsellingand encouragements.

Achievements against objectives set	Para 1.41	We are proud to have achieved majority of our objectives, however, we are still not in the financial position to provide shelter for the homeless. We are also still not able to provide counselling for the underage due to the policy and regulations and the limited expertise and experience. Hence why our key personnel have not been in a position to require disclosure. We therefore support them by making a referral and suggest specialists organisation who are able to help.

Performance of fundraising activities against objectives set	Para 1.41	The charity did not perform any fund-raising activities and do not have any performances record. All funds and income activities are detailed in the section Para 1.47.

Financial Review

Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period	Para 1.21	The charity current financial position shows a balance of 6731.85. This is the results of the total income of £123,444.57 and expenses of £8802.30.Please see the financial account table at the end of the page for more details and full accounts.
Statement explaining the policy for holding reserves stating why they are held	Para 1.22	CFM main operation is the ability to provide a place of worship, counselling and meeting space to hosts events and other gatherings. Therefore, the CFM hereby sets out a policy to ensure a reservation for the purpose of making a deposit for a new meeting space for worship when urgently needed.
Amount of reserves held	Para 1.22	CFM as a charity agreed to hold a reserve of £856. This is our meeting hall rental agreement is on a monthly contract. Therefore, there is a possibility of the contract being terminated and we may need to pay for a deposit for a new meeting hall.

Explanation of any uncertainties about the charity continuing as a going concern	Para 1.23	Currently the charity does not have any uncertainties about its continuity in providing its services, However, the current pandemic and Covid 19 restrictions can be a treat to carrying out some of its operations.

Investment policy and objectives including any social investment policy adopted	Para 1.46	All CFM’s assets and income will be used sorely for advancing and promoting its objectives. None of the CFM income or property may be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus or otherwise by way of profit to any of its members A reimbursement may be made to Trustee from the property of the CFM or may pay out of such property reasonable expenses properly incurred by him or her when acting on behalf of CFM.
A description of the principal risks facing the charity	Para 1.46	Until the last 2 months when the lockdown was removed and covid 19 rules was supressed, the charity struggles to maintain members consistency and therefore unable to fully run our public services. As a street and public facing and interacting organisation, we have taken an approach of reduced measures and limited activities in order to abide by the rules. Our members struggled to cope financially and therefore reduced their attendance and ability to contribute physically and financially.

Description of charity’s trusts:		Christs Forgiveness ministries is a non-denomination religious organisation who provides public services for the advancement of Religion for Public benefits by sharing information and promoting Christian faith through Evangelical ministry and Outreach activities within the UK and Worldwide. The prevention or relief of poverty for the public benefit by carrying out outreach work, providing food, shelter, social care, rehabilitation and counselling for homeless, a person facing hardship and in need. We run weekly events on the street and also in the church building in order to provides a place of worship, emotional and spiritual support for the general public.

The individual must have been a leader for atleast 6 months while carrying out his/her duties. Policies and procedures adopted for the induction and training of trustees	Para 1.51	Training and induction will be given to the new appointed trustee on the basics of understanding the roles and responsibilities of trustees within CFM, liability, and a summary of the current charity constitution and annual reports. A copy of our statement of faith, core values and leadership structure will be presented to the individual. The new trustee must have completed the discipleship phase 1 online course and must undergo training in mentoring and discipling at least 3 members of the CFM successfully.
