The donation was used by Ihe Foundation lo fund grant payments and related costs amounting to £1,786,480. The

1.4 Income
All income is recognised when tho Foundalion is legally enlilled lo 11 att8r any performance conditions have
been mel, the amounls can be tneasurod reliably. and it is probable that income will b• received.
Donations are recognlsed when they h8vè been communlcaled as received in wrftlng with nolifiealion ol both
th8 amount and selllemenl dale. In the event that a donation is subj8Ct lo conditions that require a level of
performance belorg the chaiily is entilled to the funds, th& In¢ome is dèferred and not recognised unlil either
those condilions are lully m81, or the lulfilmenl ol those conditions is wholly within the control of tho
