The provision of accommodation for men or women who are 55 or above and who are in need or hardship or distress living in the area of Hampsthwaite, Felliscliffe and High Birstwith.
Addition to object 3.1
In the event that any vacancies cannot be filled within those categories

consideration may be given to those who fit the above living in the Harrogate District.
Object 3.2 For the provision, maintenance and repair of the adjacent chapel at Felliscliffe;
Object3.3 And for such other charitable purposes for members of the class of beneficiaries as the charity trustees decide.
As the property and assets from the Hezmalhalch’s Charity registration no 236143 have yet to be transferred to the CIO activities relating to this charity have continued to be carried out by the old charity which will be closed when all transfers have been completed.
