Our core mlssion is to rasse wreness of tha symptom5 of ovarian cancer to help improve èady diagnosis - and
ultimalely prognosis too. Thi5 15 done primarity under our -spread the Vvord" rarnpaign bannèr aimed al various
groups ae￿sS the North Wesl. This work has conb.nued to prove successful.
The actmly we have undertaken has attraded a broad spectrum of new supporters and, most importantly, we havè
conb.nued to hear first-hand and firsi-person testimony about how our awareness raising work has prompted

We laun¢hed our Merry Ifj&s-mas campaign in November 2024. a multilayered, multKthan￿l (smpaign to raise
both awareness and funds. Merry IQss-ma5 15 an online (gmpawjn featuring a virtual Christmas tree in which
supporters can donate a bauble and dedicale it to a kTrved one. th8 support of Mediacty, who allowed us to
usa a glasshouse oppositè the Dianne Oxberry Rose Garden. we put up a wl Christmas tree and dÈ¢orated 'rt with
baubles featuring the names of those dedicated on the virtual tree.
The appeal indudÉ(J a Comprehensive twfymonth souaj medt8 (¥mpaign. media PR 8Grtwity. plus a range of
marketing collateial shared across the North West via various partner organisations. We senl our e-newsletters to
our existsng supporters, dire(# mailed supporters wrthout email addrèsses, and published a variety of VKleo
tnessage5 on social media, many recorded by ￿lebrIt￿S including Lortaine Kelty and Dan Walker. We a150 hosted
a small intimate laundT event at Mediacxty where we inmted our key supporteTS for a gla$$ of mulled wine and a
mince pie. Overall. Metry Trfjss-mas raised £3.267 and achieved Ihe three key i)u¢comes of the campaign: raising
money. increasing our supporter base, and raisin9 awareness of the symptoms of owarian cancer wth a new
audience.

Our partnership WTth the Greater Man(*ester Cancer Al￿a￿ has ￿ntinUed lo gr(M from strength to SIrer￿th,
leading lo our involvement in the Thi8 Van Can campaign - one of the ffirsl initiatives of its kn.nd nab'onally. We
worked along￿de Target Ovari￿ Cal￿eT. and the v8n woudly featu￿ Dianne's kn.
Over Ihe six-week proje(*, tunning from February 2025 and spanning 36 events acros5 all ten Greater Manchestèr
boroughs, we engaged wrth 8,296 indiV￿ual$. distribLrted more than 10.CQO tlanne Oxberry Tiusl leafiels,
generated 27 pieces of print coverage, 3 TV and 5 radio brOad￿sts, and more than 50 online Stories. We ￿ached
over 1.1 million peO￿e through van-rdated social me(lia p¢)sls and saw the offic5al projed hashtag reach an
average of 17,795 indiwduals per day. Coverage recoiiled ¢3rried an ovetwhèlmingty positive sentiment, wrth 96Q
of social and press interactions being posrtNe. This work has also conts'nued lo lea¢J lo significant increases m tr8ffic
to the syrnploms page of our website, up by morè than 3(Kl per cent (x)mpared with the previous year.
Social media has been a strong diiver of traffic to our websrte arKI the site homÈp8ge and symptoms pages remain
most popular

We have carried out work to help increase engagement of supporters and other5 assocAaled wth our Charity. as well
as targeting new audiene£s a(¥055 the North WÈ5t. Our email nÈw$lelter5 have tested a varièty of styles and
tactic5, with links, dK*5 and other KPIS measured and used to infomi fthure plans around what peoplè are finding
most interesting. Our em8A open rate is up 13.8 per cenl o)mpared wth previous years. and when benchmarked
against other Mailthimp mailings from ￿Milar soed organisations wtth sitnilar reach, our dick through rate for recent
emails was 9.4 per cent, compared wAti industry average of 5.7 per ￿￿t. This work will ￿ntinUe in the next

Flnancial review
As shown in the Slatement of Financial Acbvtbes on page 5, net exper￿rture for the year was £8,206 compared to
£21.373 in the prewous year. As at 31 March 2025 reserves arnounled to £45.124 and are held to further achieve
the objÈdives ofthe dTrartty.

In 202512026 we are entering an exiibng peri(KJ of growth and development. A key priority will be strengthening our
govemance by reviewing the sknlls and experien￿ on our Boaid. This will inciude a ful skills-gap anatySi$ and
targeted recruitment to ensure we have the expeth.se needed to drive the charity forward.
We will also conliiue lo expand our fundrwsing efforls. This Ir￿ude$ pursuing rw opportunilies with granl-making

Raising awarèness of the symptoms of ovarian remains ￿ntral to our mission. In the (x)ming year, we wll
further develop oui targeted campaigns, with a major highlight being a collaboration with North West Cancer
Research to launth Jn ovarian cancer 8wareness show in the first quarter of the year.
Our partnership with the Greater Manchester can￿ Allia￿ will continue to llouiish, and we a￿ ￿)mMitted to
seeking new collaborations that strengthen our work and help us reath even more people. Through these
