OUR PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The putpose of the Chariti, is to promote. support 2nd facilitste the coniinued
creative development of outreach and partnerbkn'p (O&P) education
programmes between state and independent schools, and to cncoutage new
ways for independent and st2te schools to work collaborativd}' for their mutual
benefiL

sustainable cross-scctor p2rtnerskn.ps that benefit all pupils and staff involved
thereby overcoming traditionAI baniers or learning constraints.
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The Trustees act in accordance with the guidance notes issued by the Charity
Commission on public benefit. The Ch￿lty contributes to snaal mobility by
improiryng educational opportunity. and the approaches of staff, parents, and
pupils from all social backgrounds associated with the schools we support.
OUR STRucfuRE AND MANAGEMENT
Ian Ray (Chairn]an), Nlargaret HunnabalL .Sar2h Bandurka continue as
Trnstees. All Trustees agreed to serve in this capacity for a further temi
running thtough to the end of May 2027

Charity leadership team The Trustees collaborate closel}r with voluntcers
who bring complementan. slulls to the team. They are Hatry Chapman,
Sarah Siwyett, who sit on the FJJucation21istS Panel chaired by ,Margaret
Hunn2ball Carol Campbell stepped down from this team., We ate fortunate
to wdcome Ad2m Cross 2n ex-colleague of HIIICK with considerable
experience of educational partnetskn'ps.

CONCISE ESUME OF OUR 6" YEAR ACHIEVEMENTS
Our efforts to encourage applications and proiryde fimding for .￿TF.￿l
(Science, TechnOlo￿-, Engineering, Ind .IIathematics) orient2tLd parthership
schemes met with limited success. l¥'e were however dehghted to provide
funding for 3 (h'sadvantaged pupds to go on 2n education21 trip to CERN.
organised via 2 partnership between Sevenoaks School and the University of
Liveryool. This programme included 24 students from state and independent
schools in Kent. IA)ndon, Birmingham, and Livelpool.
We continue to budd 2 Sustainable re12tionship with schools we have
supported.
We were delighted to support a long-tenn programme led by Prospect
House School with Sacred Heart, Roehampton and Our IAdv Queen of
Heaven, Putney to dcvelop a mutually benefici21 and successfid partnership
between the three schools, building strong Trinks within their local
community. This project h28 grown bevond its original scope and into new
areas duc to the relationships built up and fostcred during the initi21 hockey
partnership project.

In addition, we proTrided final year fimding to. _
l. Dulwich College in partnership with local stste schools to provide
hockey opportunities. It Is particu]ady satisfjryng to record that these
activities h2ve been taken over by enthusiastic parents and ts now
embedded into the offeiings OF a local sports club. A perfect outcome

Spencer L}Fnx (Registered charits") n)stuck Place ,SchooL and a number of
local state primary schools, partnership provi(ling free hockey training
using the school's E20]ities for children who h2ve not had such
opportunity,. The collabor2tion between HIIKC Charity, Ibstock Place
and Spencer Lynx, has been a real Inspiratio￿ The project has enabled
local childien in the community to have access to excellent sports
facilities and given them an introduction to hockey. ,Is 2 team sport
hockey develops ke). social and jile skillb, such is teamworL discipline,
and confidence, as well ab enhancing mental agth'ty. and over21L
wellbeing. The children also loi'ed their packed tea at the end of the
session.

The announcement that I'_IT on prii-lte school fees to bc introduced from
First of Januan. ?O?i had a significant impact on our number of applications
(reduced) for the 25/?6 academic l-ear and we need to monitor its ongoiiig
effect on our work. IIan)- independent schools dearl!. bteppcd back reiryewed
and rationalised their partnership actiiities and staff involved. We need to
monitor and respond to lasting change emerging from this period 0£
uncertainty.

comptomising on ivh2t ￿e do suppurt.
We h2ve p12ns to work more collaboratiiTel!' ￿ryth the Schools Partnership
Alliance enhancing awareness s of our work.
Finally. we need to consider ongoing funding and the strategic direction of the
Charity.

domain registration.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity (Yhe Trusf) for the year ended 3110312025.
Responsibilities and As the chanty trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

I report in respect of my examination of Trust's accounts carried out
