The HMCK Charity was registered by the Cha£ity Commission as a Charitable
Incorporated Organisation (CIO) on the 18" of February 2019 (reg no
1182103).
OUR PURPOSE AND OBJEcfIvES
The putpose of the Charity is to promote. support 2nd FacilitAte the coniinued
creative development of outreach and partnership (O&P) education
programmes between state 2nd independent schools, and to encourage new
wa}'s for indq)endent and state schools to work collabotativdy for their mutU21
benefit.
Today, we continue to support and deliver Heatherfs visiofy that everyone
regardless of background and circumst2nces should have the chance to fillfil
their potential .We fund sustsinable cross-sector partnerships that benefit all
pupils and staff involved thereby overcoming traditional baniers or learning
constraints.
PUBLIC BENEFIT
The Trustees 2Ct in accordance with the guidance notes issued by the Charity
Commission on public benefit. 7￿C Charitt: conttibutes to social mobility by
improving educational opportunity, and the approaches ol stAff, patents, and
pupils From all social backgtounds associated with the educational
estabhshments we support.

Charity leadership team 11]e Trustees work closehr with volunteers who bring
complementary skills to the team. Thc!, are Harry, Chapmao Carol Campbe
and Sarah Sawyur. who sit on the Education21ists panel chaired by LNI2tgaret
Hunnaball
The principal role for this pand is to review fimding app]ications and make
recommendations to the Trustees. In addition, members act as foc21 points and
mentors for successFMI partnersh4) managers and monitor progress of projects
we supporL
RESUME OF OUR FIFfH YEAR ACHIEVEMENTS
We achieved our aim to design and update out website which was launched
in Spring 2024. 'fhis platfonn now indudes case studies a section on worthy
events and x new donation platfomL
In parallel we streamlined our f()rnis and processes to ensure they are user
friendl}'. Our fiu]ding of major projects now follows the school academic year
We continue to work on building a sustainable relationship with schools we
have supported.
We were delighted to support two new major partnership projects -
A partnership betwecn Spencet Ll'nx (Registered charit),) Ibstock Place School.
and a number of local state primari- schools to which provide free hockey
training using the school's facilities for children who have not had such
opportunity,.
The Charter Schools F,ducatiotd Trust/ VOCFS8 Foundation's Young LEader
Ptogramme which supports secondary school pupils to devdop their Ic2dership
2nd teamwork skills as well as their confidence by participating in music
workshops to primary school children.
In addition. we prO￿ded 2- and 3° year fimdu¥ to the following projects "_
Dulviich College in partnership ￿1th local state schools to provide hockey
opportunities the coaching of the youngsters ￿Ing partly dehvered by
DU1￿Ch 6th forn) pupils.
RGS Newcasde partneting with 5 local schools to develop sWim￿g
competenaes for chlldren with no pool Eacilities.

In collaboration with members of The Wimbledon independent-state
schools, partnetship we are exploting the prospect of supporting an annual
HIMCK lecture for pupils and parents.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
No fees or expenses were submitted by an}, Trustee or member of the
Icadership team during the yeat. 'l&e Charity incutred one small fee for
domain re￿StratiO
In eady 2024 the chatity moved its bank accounts to the CAEI bank with a
savings interest factlity,. We have also switched to their donations manager
platfonn.
Annual accounts - .Is at )'ear ending 3103 2024 the Charity held£ 16631.82 of
unrestticted funds. The Trustees haiTe also received a pledge for further funding
support over the next few )'ears which the!. believe will be sufficient to achieve
its objectives through grants to successfvl partnership app]icants.
