**Objects:** TO PROMOTE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF AND EDUCATION IN THE ARTS, AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF MUSIC, BY DELIVERING A FESTIVAL TO INCLUDE THE PERFORMANCE OF LIVE ORIGINAL MUSIC AND SPOKEN WORD AND OTHER MUSIC-RELATED EDUCATIONAL EVENTS AND OPPORTUNITIES.

**Activities:** The purpose Local and Live Music is educate the public about music through improving public understanding and appreciation of contemporary live music .  Its principal activities are organising an annual free music festival in Tunbridge Wells, other smaller musical events in the South East and making grants to organisations or individuals where their activities are aligned with ours objectives.
