**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS, THROUGHOUT ENGLAND AND WALES, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.

**Activities:** Provision of mental health support for vulnerable children, adults, and the elderly.  We also provide care to people with learning disabilities. Our aim is to improve the quality of life of vulnerable people in society across the United Kingdom.In view of the Covid 19 pandemic, our services are limited to confidential telephone and online helpline to provide immediate emotional support.
