We are becoming an accredited Care Farm with Social Farms and Gardens https://www.farmgarden.org.uk/. We have drafted Codes of Practice for their review. Once approved they will be available from our website www.willderland.com. All trustees and volunteers leading activities with children will have had a full a CRB check.

We will be relieving the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health problems, by providing access to calm, natural setting, within which they can participate in farming activities.

All trustees have read the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. 

We have developed Codes of Practice to ensure we operate to the Social Farms and Gardens accredited standard. 

We sourced Boer goats and Shetland sheep in the autumn of 2021 and are planning to reopen fully soon, with an open day planned for May 2022.

Section D                      Achievements and performance 

**Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** 

Sourcing goats and sheep, and setting up a rota to care for them, and coordinating all of the necessary husbandry. 

We will be initiating `1:1 visits from autumn 2021. 

There is continuing support from the RSPB, who provide us with seed and advice to better care for our breeding turtle doves. 

We are working towards becoming only the 2[nd] accredited Care Farm in Cambridgeshire.
