**Objects:** TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MARYPORT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SWIMMING FACILITIES.

**Activities:** Following capital investment to get the pool up and running, Maryport Community Pool CIO will deliver and promote healthy living through provision and support of a range of health and leisure swimming activities, including working with local community groups, schools and Public Health representatives such as GPs.
