I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 March 2022.
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”) .
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or

the accounts did not accord with the accounting records.

Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document Training has been provided to a range of professionals and practitioners including school staff, social workers and care workers as well as foster carers schools and training provided to practitioners to support them in meeting the needs of children who have had adverse childhood experiences (ACES) and have experienced developmental trauma. Peer support nelworks facilitated for practitioners (pro bono) to support them in rnaintaining and developing their skills and knowledge in developmental trauma-specific therapeutic modalities, ie TheraplayAI, Dyadic Developmental Practice and Sensory Regulation. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit) Support provided to Foster Carers through Sensory Regulation training modified spectfically for them. Support provided to schools and children through delivering tsrgeted interventions such as Theraplapfv Sunshine Circles and 'Feeling 'Just Righf in sch1. (a Sensory Attachment Intervention). The work of the charity has been positively supported by the recruitment of a number of volunteers to support the 'back office, functions of the charity to enable the best use of skills and competencies of the CEO to further the charitable aims. The charity has successfully used fair and equitable recruitment processes to recruit a number of volunteers to provide support for functions including financial management, administrative support, and IT support. The charity has already seen the benefit of freeing up the time of the CEO enabling them to provide frontline activities. We have extended our reach and achieved the aims and objectives in our 2021-22 Development Plan. We continue to get positive feedback and eviden of the positive impact of the training and support we have provided. Peer Support groups delivered online due to the coronavirus pandemic. Sensory Regulation training for scho)Is. services. and praclitioners - more courses than ever were delivered online due to the coronavirus pandemic. In addition to our 'open' courses for practitioners from a range of seNices and settings. several courses have been commissioned by the Social SeNices Departments of two Local Authorities. and other nol for-profit or charitable organisations. The 'Feeling "Just Righf in School, Pilot Project in a primary schwl is funded by donations reiVed through The Big Give. The training and support sessions have been mainly completed online. wilh one face-to- face staff experiential session. The final support sessions will lake place after Easter and then the project wll be available for other schools or ServIS to commission. Funding received from The Waterfoo Foundation to deliver Theraplay@ Sunshine Circles in a primary school but delivered entirely online with very positive results. This project is now available for other schools or services to commission. Two of our long-stsnding assocÈates have begun the Iraining for 'EcoSensory Therapy, so that we will be able to extend our offer.
