**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY CHILDREN, WHO HAVE HAD ADVERSE CHILDHOOD EXPERIENCES (ACES) AND THEIR CARERS AND/OR FAMILIES BY THE PROVISION OF THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY COUNSELLING, PSYCHOTHERAPY AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL SEE FIT.

**Activities:** Support children through small group and whole class interventions in school to enable access to learning despite developmental trauma. Helping schools through working alongside school staff in developing provision; building capacity to better deal with the emotional needs of children with developmental trauma. Providing training to parents and carers to support them in helping their children.
