Trustees responsibilities.
The trustees are responsible for all asF*Cts of ensuring the charity is run
according to the Charities Act 2011 and Regutstions 21x18.
The Charity is a registered CIO and its governing document is its Constttution.
The Financial ststement has been prepared in accordance with the Financial
Reporting stsndards application (FRS 102) and Charities Act 2011.
Achievements and Actlvities 2023.
The Charity for the period 18 February to 31° December 2023 has continued
to perform very well in its aim to carry on educating visitors to the Heritage
Centre with School vlsits Group visits organised events and out visits to local
schools.
This report was completed on the 8 March 2024 and has been submltted to
the Trustee5 ft>r subsequent approval and has been signed on their behalf.
