**Objects:** TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN IN WALES, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THEIR NEEDS THROUGH HIGH QUALITY CHILDCARE PROVISION.

**Activities:** Overton Playcentre CIO provide full day childcare to children aged 18 months -12 years old in the village of Overton-on Dee and the surrounding area. The childcare we offer includes a sessional playgroup, Funded Early Education, before and after school club and holiday club. We are also registered as providers of the Childcare Offer for Wales.
