TinyOak exists to transform the life outcomes of young people through a new model of education, community engagement, and purpose-driven development. The charity works with individuals, families, schools, community groups, local authorities, and public services to design and deliver high-impact programmes that prioritise wellbeing, creativity, and equity.

Objects: The Company is established for the public benefit, specifically to:1. Advance education through the establishment and operation of innovative, inclusive schools and learning environments for children and young people aged 3–18 (initially focusing on secondary education aged 11–18).2. Provide free or subsidised educational and enrichment activities for children, young people, and residents outside of formal schooling hours and during holidays, including workshops, community projects, and outreach services.3. Promote mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, particularly among children and young people, through integrated wellbeing frameworks, SEND provision, therapeutic interventions, and pastoral care.4. Support community development and social regeneration by acquiring and managing buildings and land to be used as educational sites, studio spaces, and housing for staff, alumni, and community partners.5. Enable entrepreneurship and enterprise, supporting young people and residents to develop purpose-aligned businesses, access mentoring, and participate in business incubation programmes.6. Generate sustainable income streams through property rental, venue hire, commercial partnerships, and social enterprise ventures, with profits reinvested into charitable activities.7. Collaborate with commercial and charitable organisations, including the strategic partner SARPONG®, to deliver a long-term vision for integrated educational, economic, and community transformation.8. Conduct and publish educational and community research, promote policy reform, and influence social, environmental, and educational innovation.These Objects are to be carried out only for public benefit and exclusively charitable purposes under the laws of England and Wales.
