## ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2024 

1. **Income** .   The income from our invested capital is modest but still growing:

2. **Expenditure** .   No grant was made this year.  A request has already been received from the PCC for this year’s dividend income to be paid to them early in 2025;  they will let us know later what it has been used for. 

3. **Investment** .   On 11[th] June, a further 43.11 shares were bought, for £1,000, in the Church of England Central Board of Finance Investment Fund (Income Shares).  At the end of the year, we held a total of 1,589.29 shares.  On historic accounting, this gives us a share capital of £31,500.  The market value, at £23 a share on 31[st] December, came to £36,500. 

4. **The AGM** was held on 13[th] May, with further meetings on 15[th] February, 29[th] August and 17[th] October. 

5. **Trustees.** Mrs Stephanie Anne Harrison agreed to join us as a trustee, replacing Mrs Jean Lancaster.  She serves along with Canon Nicholas Turner;  Mr Miles Taylor;  Mrs Janet Mary Hale;  and Miss Annette Goldsmith.
