We contlnue to hobj a bank account wtth Bardays and use the OSM accounts management system for payment5
and to hokl receipts. This yèarwe have introduced pre-baded OSM cards forsecth)n leaders to use fortheir own
5ertion. A set budget is charged to the ords for each tem foreath sectKJn to use. We do have a few large item5
that are ￿qUI￿dtO be purchased thisyear including newfrontdoors and a newrearshutter. However, ourtrustee
board is alway5 lookin8 for relevant grants to allow us to purchase these items.
We are also still to daim ourGift don*ions for 2024 whKh will be completed over the next Coup￿ of months.
Our accounts have been ratrfied to be submitted to the Charf(ies Commlssion by the end of 2025.
