The Group Trustee Cornmitiee h&s Mlentified the major risks to which they
believe the Group is exFK6ed. these have be8n reviewèd and systems

Damage to the l)uikling, property and equipment. The Gn)up would
request the use of buildings. property and equipment from netghbouring
organisations swh as ts thurch. comrnunty centre and other ScoLrt
Groups. Similar reciwocal arraf• exist with these organisations.

Inlury to knaders, helpers, supportws and members. The Group through
the caytknn fees contributes to the Scout Associatsons national accident
insurance wlicy. Ri8k Assessments are undertaken before all activrties.

incorne from 8ubscriptK)ns and fundraI￿n9. The group does hold a rvserve

Red￿tIOn or1088 (rf lèader8. The group 18 totalty reliant upon volunteers to
run and administer the ￿tivItieS of the group. If there was a reduction In
the number of lèadèrs to an unacceptable knl in a particular section ty

which i￿￿sed. We have also managed to increase the nUM￿r of adult
volunleers in the group which is very wdcomed.

developed a fundr8i8iry group that has organised funds.

The Gn)up's Income and Expendrture is vwy small arKI as a
corwuence does not have sufficient funds to invest in longer-tenn

adopted a km-risk strategy to the investment of its fijnds. All funds are
heid in cash using onty a mainstream bank .
