I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trust.) for the year ended 3110312021.
Responslbllitles and
basis of report
As the charitys trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts ¢arried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying OLSt my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I hav8 completed my examination. My examination included a review of the
examlnèr's ststement accounting records kept by the char¢ty and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as
charity trustees concerning any such matters.
