Communty Hub vthen more people are trained.

For most part of 2024 folkMiNJ M from 2023 with regard to the Café, the
biggest chalkny was facing increasing fc￿ costs. energy costs etG.
Searchirvj for FunL*ng became a diffkxlt occupation this year with
Companies limited to Chanty Donations due to the Economic Climat8.
The Trustees had to make drfficult decisions on where exp8nse$ ￿Uld be
cut.

In Decemter 2024 we had 7 Members of Staff, 4 Volunteers and 3
Trustees. Unfortunately the number of Trustees decreased. all servlces
continued to meet the Charity's ObjectiTr￿.

The Charity does not wish to create a surplus of reserves. as it strives to
maintain low costs and use all possible reseNes to fulfil the obJ'e&ives as
set out in the governing document. Imth this in mind, th• Charity is aware
that emergency situations may arise in the future ￿rebY relocatton may
be required meaning any avallable reSer￿S may be used to facilitate any
relocation.
