## **CLEVEDON SKATE PROJECT TRUST NOTES TO THE ACCOUNTS** 

1. Monies Returned to Clevedon Town Council 

On 22nd and 23rd June 2022 a total of £39,142.03 was paid to Clevedon Town Council from the CSP bank account. This payment was the return of funds originally given to the charity in error by the Town Council. They are now holding this sum in their account, ring fenced for the project. 

On 24th Feb 2023 a payment of £22,610.77 was made to Clevedon Town Council from the CSP bank account. This was returned Section 106 money, given to the charity in error by Clevedon Town Council. 

2. Lack of Activity 

Due to issues within Clevedon Town Council, the project has been unable to make much progress. This is still ongoing but we are confident that we will be able to return to regular activity in the future.
