The Magdalen Road Evangelical Free Church CIO was set up to replace
the pre*xisting unincorporated charity. Due lo delays related lo COVID-
19 and legal complications we have not yel been able to transfer assets
from the unincorporated charity, and so no activilies have been

As the charity currently holds no assets, there is currently no policy on
reseNes. Once funds have been transferred and the CIO is fully
operational, our policy will be to hold a minimum of three months running
costs in freé cash reserves.
