Structure and governance

The charity was created on 4th February 2019 and is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.

Objectives and activities

The charity was formed by the trustees Mr and Mrs Birshan as a grantmaking charity, and makes grants to a variety of charities which come to the attention of the trustees.

In 2022, the charity has made grants throughout the year to a range of charities and causes. In 2022 the majority of donations were towards causes which improve the wellbeing of women, children and families in the UK, and charities which support education and the arts in the UK.

Responsibilitles and basls of report As the charity trustees of the Trust. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Acl 20111'the Act'}. I report in respect of my examination of the Trustee's aGcounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5){bl of the 2011 Act. Independent examine￿9 statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection wtth the examination giving me Gause to believe that in any material respect..
