a Charity bike ride at
Watermead
Country Park, Leicester on 08'" October 2022for all

LAPC attendees
to raise money to support

Charities
in the UK like Openhands,

against poverty,

in 'Jesus Parade for All Nations'

2022. This
is a
Prayer
movement
initiated
by
Christians
in Leicester.
Many churches
from Leicester joined
together to pray for Leicester.

Dinner on December 25~, 2022, where
all the families
of the
Church
cooked
various
items of the
Christmas
Menu. This was a time offellowship
and celebration
ofthe festive season.

a Mission Sunday on

2023. Evangelist
Daniel Shearer
was the guest
speaker for this event. A special offering was taken to support
various mission works.

Ministry and Youth Ministry teams have organised
a Talent Day on 25'" February 2023 for all the members
ofthe
Church to display their skills and talents.

Instrumental
music,

the occasion.

Ministry:
~ Sunday School was held every Sunday from 4-5 PM via ZOOM.
Sunday School had students
from Foundation
year to Year 12
with relevant
curriculum.
We catered for students
even above
Year 12 as many
expressed
interests
in learning
more about
theological
topics. 52children were taught
in the LAPC Sunday
school, and 21teachers were actively involved
in delivering the
Sunday School lessons.
~ ABLAZE- Ablaze is a Children's
ministry
aimed at our 4 —17s.It
is a dynamic
and an interesting
place for the young hearts to
grow
and
nurture
them
in God's Word and confidence.
We
provide
a safe, spiritual,
and
fun environment
where
God's
Word comes to life through
various
programs
tailored to the
needs of different
age groups,
such as - games, crafts, action
songs,
teaching
sessions,
storytelling,
prayer,
and
worship,
watching
videos
and
many
more. We also encourage
team
building
activities toteach the importance
ofteamwork
and to
establish the culture ofrespect, trust, and value.
~ We resumed
ABLAZE since May 2022 (post covid) and takes
place on the fourth Sunday ofevery other month at Stoneygate
Baptist Church, Leicester.
Youth Ministry:
~ The Youth Team organised
virtual youth meetings
on the third
Saturday ofevery month
till November 2022 due to COVID and
from December 2022 physical gatherings
ofthe youth meeting
were restarted
at Stoneygate
Baptist Church, Leicester on the

Friday of every
month.
Youth
meetings
enhanced
the
confidence ofthe Children
by exhibiting
their talents.

attended
the Virtual
Summer
Youth
camp 'Kindle 2022' at Cefn Lea Wales, from 23' to 26'" August
2022. KINDLE is a youth

Movement,
whose aim is to
contribute
towards the rich heritage of Christian
spirituality

this nation. The youth ofthe Church
engage
in various teams
and lead many activities.
Women Ministry:
~ The women ofthe Church met via ZOOM on the third Thursday
ofevery month for prayer, fellowship,
and spiritual
edification.
Financial Support to Other Charities:

have
extended
financial
support
to
a few few charities, charities,
organisations,
and
individuals
as the pandemic
has affected
everyone.
~ We partner
with Open Hands,
a charity based
in Leicester to
meet the needs of the homeless
and hungry
in Leicester city.
Apart from financial
support to this charity,
we also provided
essential
food items to the needy through
Open
Hands.

members
of LAPC have
donated
new/used
shoes to Open
Hands, on 29 May 2022.
