Summary.. I have reviewed the annual accounts of the above charity and find them to be accurate.
There are no cause5 for concern financial or otherwise.
Declaration:
I confirm that I have no close personal relationship5 Wlth the trustees nor day to day involvement in
the administration of the charity.
The context:
This charity is eligible for independent examination,. its income and assets fall below the threshold
for compu150ry audit. It is not required to prepare accrual account5. All the charity's financial
transactions were carried out throu8h its bank accounts and there were less than fifteen of them,
moking its operations very transparent.
Checking Annual Return:
The Annual Accounts and Annual Report are consistent with each other. as well as the 8ank
Statements and the Invoices which confirm payments have been made.
